“I feel like the work that we do has an impact. Specifically, I work on a project with the homeless population in the state of California. It’s nice to look at something and say, ‘This is tangible. I'm actually helping out - this work is meaningful.’ I'm not just creating my 100 widgets and then going home every day. This is something I can point to and say, we actually do make an impact with the work that we're doing.”

“Family is definitely what Plante Moran is to me, especially my team. I did not have your traditional upcoming. I was a young mom and in fact, when I started with the firm, I was a single mom. So being able to accomplish [what I have] and to have Plante Moran, want to invest in me, respect me, and wants me to be a part of leadership has just been awesome.”

“The first word that comes to mind when I think about Plante Moran is fulfillment, because I feel like I'm doing something that's really rewarding for me, working with different clients and different industries and different projects and I feel like everybody is really motivated and committed to the work and that's something that's really contagious.”
